I was blog stalking this morning and came across this awesome video on emmajane nation and thought it def worth posting! I must say that after numerous attempts in my life,as much as I want to, cannot ride a bike without hands. I know that I have ridden bikes with Jon in our neighborhood where he would display something as glorious as, "The Archer" and I would ride behind him wondering why I am "biking with no hands" impaired. Lol. Enjoy!!
