So right after moving in we received a letter from the city basically stating that we had to chop the tree next our driveway in a couple of weeks with a suggestion of a couple of arborists in the area that we could commission to take care of it.
Pro: This was a gorgeous tree during the summer and produced a great shade from the sun.
Con: It was literally bordering the driveway which we had a telephone phone pole on the other side which meant you almost had to have someone guide you out... like the little guys with cones at the airport. So that was relieving. Also, the tree was completely hallow up to the top pf the branches and thank goodness it hadn't fallen over up to this point cause with how tall it was, we would have been screwed!
